SOLD - C1 Grand Malvern Jumping Hour White (2019)
Christopher Ward C1 Grand Malvern Jumping Hour
Released in April 2017, a few months after the introduction of the updated Christopher Ward logo, this C1 is Christopher Ward’s fourth and final Jumping Hour watch, following the line of C9 Mk1, 2 and 3.
This C1 version has a more sleek and modern look and feel compared to its more slab-sided C9 predecessor.
The C1 Jumping Hour, which was available with black, white and blue faces, had a relatively short release window of just under two years, having been retired at the end of 2018 - although the one for sale here slipped out in Jan 2019, making it one of the youngest ones you’ll find.
The transferable movement warranty is valid until Jan 2024.
Condition
It’s in like new condition.
It’s fitted with a brand new CW Shell Cordovan leather strap on Bader deployant clasp which is available here for £125.
The watch head has been worn on a different strap, but I can’t see a single mark on it - it looks like new. Because it has been worn, you may find evidence of use under magnified inspection.
On the timegrapher it’s keeping near perfect time at +1sec per day.
Supplied as a full set including inner and outer boxes (note the outer cardboard box is torn), user book with Certificate of Authenticity, polishing cloth and a copy of the standard covering letter.
