Christopher Ward C60 Trident Pro COSC SH21 Limited Edition

This 300 piece limited edition watch might look similar to the regular Pro 600, but under the hood is Christopher Ward’s remarkable in-house SH21 movement, with its 120 hour (5-day) power reserve.

On the outside there are a few visual clues which give it away as the ‘special one’: the most obvious is the face with its “5 day Chronometer” marking (the Chronometer part indicating its COSC certified accuracy). Less obvious is the date window being a little further over to the right than the regular 600. Finally it’s the case back, which is taller to make the room required to house the SH21’s rotor - not to mention the Chronometer Calibre SH21 wording as the final giveaway!

The SH21 heart means the watch head stands 15.5mm high - a fairly tall watch, but the tapered case back helps sink a little of that height into your wrist. The standard model stands at 13.3mm, in case you were wondering.

This model was launched in early 2015 and was retired by the end of 2018, by which time the price had risen from £1,500 to £1,830 for the bracelet model. This particular watch is an 'archive find' which was sold in March 2019, making it one of the younger examples in existence. The balance of the five year movement warranty is transferable, so it's covered until March 2024.

Strap
It’s fitted with the original CW Stainless bracelet with its user-friendly micro adjustment.

Condition
It’s in extremely good condition having only had occasional wrist time. There are a couple of very light desk-diving marks on the bracelet clasp and the odd light blemish elsewhere on the bracelet, but nothing worthy of specific mention. The watch head just has the odd tiny blemish. I’d say the watch is 99.5% new. Keeping near perfect time at -2sec per day.

Supplied in a deluxe wooden case with covering letter, user book, COSC certificate and unused polishing cloth.
