SOLD WH75 C30 Malvern COSC Chronometer Chronograph Limited Edition (11/2014)
CHRISTOPHER WARD C30 MALVERN CHRONOMETER CHRONOGRAPH
Introduction
Unusually for CW, there has only ever been one C30 model. It’s a close cousin of the Mk2 C3, but it’s made far special thanks to its unique Optic White face, its subtle red chrono second hand and its COSC-certified, thermo compensated ETA 251.233 heart, which was the most accurate calibre available at the time - accurate to within 15 seconds per year.
The C30 was launched in August 2014, with the leather models costing £600 at the bracelet version £650. By the time all 500 pieces had sold out (12 months later) the price had risen to £635 and £700 respectively.
Warranty
As a watch dating to 2014, the CW warranty has expired. It comes with a three month Ward Hoard warranty.
Condition
The watch for sale here was sold in November 2014 and is in fabulous condition.
A real collector’s piece, this is about as good as you are going to find. I bought from the original owner and he has only worn it on occasion throughout its entire life. There are some very light scratches on the bezel but nothing significant at all.
Offered as the fullest of full sets including: deluxe wooden case with engraved plate, unused polishing cloth, COSC certificate, owner’s book with Certificate of Authenticity, original covering letter and original CW document wallet.
Strap options
I’ll offer a discount of £50 if you don’t want the strap , but you’d be mad to! The strap is stunning, in great condition and complements the watch perfectly.
