Christopher Ward C4 Peregrine Chronograph ‘phoenix’

Launched in 2006, the C4 Peregrine represented a lot of firsts for Christopher Ward. It was their first quartz watch, their first chronograph, their first (and only) watch to feature an alarm and it was their first watch to be styled in a motorsport theme. It was a popular model which remained in the range until 2011. Fast forward to 2015 and Christopher Ward found a batch of 200 unused C4 cases under their sofa, so they decided to commission a new batch of 200 faces and create a brief revival piece unofficially dubbed the C4 Phoenix. The watch for sale here is one of those 2015 phoenix watches.

Condition

It’s in very good used condition. The only blemishes worth noting are a few marks on the lugs, created by its previous owner as a result of some ham-fisted strap changes - as shown in the relevant photograph. It’s fitted with a brand new Geckota black leather strap with red lining and red stitching. The watch comes with the original case, covering letter and owner’s handbook.
