Christopher Ward C65 Dartmouth Series 1 (41mm)

Introduction

The ‘public’ military models started with a batch of C65s in 2019. They were the Dartmouth (named after the Royal Naval School), the Cranwell (named after the RAF College) and the Sandhurst (named after the The Royal Military Academy where army officers are trained).

In August 2020 CW added a fourth military model, the Lympstone. And in 2021 the Colchester joined the party (developed for and in conjunction with the British Army's Parachute Regiment).

A screw in crown was introduced during the Series 1 production and this one has the later screw-in crown which many prefer.

Warranty

The warranty card is dated May 2022, so it is covered under CW’s transferrable warranty to May 2027.

Condition

Very good used condition - a tiny ding on one of the lugs as shown in the photos.

Keeping COSC time on the timegrapher at -4spd.

Comes in the original CW bamboo case with booklet containing the warranty card, owner’s manual, COSC certificate and polishing cloth.

Strap options

It is fitted with a brand new CW vintage oak leather strap.

Priced with the strap other options are:

• Exchange for another brand new strap (hybrid, tide, canvas, tropic or leather - please ask and I’ll dig out some options, it goes with so many straps this watch!)

• Without a strap: discount of £45.
