Christopher Ward C65 Trident Diver SH21 Limited Edition

This SH21-powered C65 with its small second and power reserve sub dials is probably my favourite Christopher Ward: the 41mm size is perfect on almost any wrist (especially mine!), it looks just as good with a suit as it does with jeans and a t-shirt and the COSC-certified, 120 hour power reserve calibre means it can rest for days, yet the time is still right when you pick it up - I can’t say any of my other CWs can tick those boxes.

It was launched in September 2019 at £1,800 on a leather or canvas strap or £1,900 on a bracelet - making it one of the most expensive CW watches you could buy at the time. But when you see it in the metal and get it on your wrist, it’s easy to see it’s a top end watch limited edition watch which was and still is worth spending strong money on.

The watch for sale here is a September 2019 watch, so it’s covered by the CW movement warranty until September 2024.

Condition
The watch is in fantastic used condition. It has seen wrist time, so there are some light blemishes here and there - by far the worst of which is the scratch on the bracelet clasp.

On the timegrapher it’s keeping near perfect time at approx. -2sec (well within the -4 to +6 specified by COSC).

Supplied as an almost full set including bamboo case, owner’s book, warranty card, removed bracelet links and an unused polishing cloth. The only thing missing is the COSC certificate.
