CHRISTOPHER WARD C3 GT CHRONOGRAPH

The C3 goes back, way back, to 2005 when CW had just two launch models: the C5 auto and the C3 chronograph quartz. The watch for sale in this listing takes the C3 Mk3 as its base and adds a decidedly motorsport-inspired face design. It was launched in May 2018 with either green, white or blue face. The original selling price when available was £395 on leather or £500 on the mesh bracelet.

This particular blue face model was retired in 2019 (the selling price at the time was £395 for leather and £500 on a bracelet), but this was one of a handful which found their way into a brief January 2021 release, making it one of the very last of this model to leave CW. It’s also one of the last quartz models CW made.

Few would disagree when I say that the C3 got better with each release. By the time they reached the Mk3 the pushers had been refined to give a lovely action - a very nice quality ‘thunk’ when they’re pressed! The deep metallic blue dial catches and reflects any available light and the silver batons are a classy touch.

Strap

It’s currently on a CW stainless mesh bracelet. If you’ve got your own 20mm strap you’d rather use I can supply it on no strap for £100 less.

If you have a small wrist, I can switch the standards length mesh bracelet for the shorter version.

Condition
The watch is in brand new, unworn condition. Supplied as a ‘full set’ including bamboo case, owner’s book, warranty card and unused polishing cloth.
