CHRISTOPHER WARD C65 TRIDENT CLASSIC MK2

Introduction

In 2014 Christopher Ward took the case they used for the C60 dive watch, binned the rotating bezel and made a dress version, which they named the C65 Trident Classic. The Mk1 version had a satin/brushed case, but the Mk2 version, which was introduced in 2016 and is the one for sale here, has more polished areas and details making it a bit more eye-catching. It was available with a leather strap or bracelet - the same one as fitted to C60 Trident Mk2s.

It’s undated as its papers have been lost along the way, but this model was retired in November 2017, so this watch will be around 7 or 8 years old.

Warranty

It comes with a three month Ward Hoard warranty.

Strap options

It comes on a brand new Vintage oak leather strap.

Other options:

• Exchange for excellent condition bracelet with polished centre links (+£80)

• Exchange for a brand new hybrid, tropic or canvas (no cost change)

Condition

The watch is in great used condition - it’s hardly been used. There are some light marks dotted around the sides of the case and polished bezel which indicate it’s a used watch, but nothing worthy of specific mention.

Keeping very good time at +11 spd on the timegrapher.
