Bracelet and Hybrid strap

If you’re not familiar with GMT watches I’ll try to give a brief intro: as well as the usual hour, minute and second hands, the GMT adds a fourth hand which takes 24 hours to complete a lap of the dial, so 12 midnight would be at 12 o’clock and 12 noon would be the usual 6 o’clock position. It makes for a great travel companion because you can set the GMT hand to your home time zone and the other hands to the local time, so seeing your ‘home’ time is just a glance away. By rotating the bezel (which features 24h markers) to move the midnight marker you can create a third time zone.

The ceramic-bezel’d Mk2 C60 GMT arrived in 2015 and the logo was changed in 2017 to create what I call the Mk2.5 - this is one of those watches. This model was by CW retired in 2018, but this watch was part of a brief archive release in July 2021, so this is one of the very last white face, red bezel GMTs to leave Park Street - the Mk3, introduced in mid 2019, has never included a red/white offering.

The CW selling price for the bracelet model was £855 and the equivalent Mk3 model weighs in at £950.

Strap

It’s currently fitted with a brand new black CW hybrid rubber strap. If you wanted a bracelet I can fit a very good condition used one for an extra £100.

Condition

This is a brand new condition watch. Comes as a full set complete with box, warranty card, unused polishing cloth and user manual (which is actually for the slightly different Mk3 model - a link for the correct one is below)

It’s a July 2021 watch, so the transferable movement warranty is valid until July 2025 (or July 2026 of serviced by CW between years three and four).

As you can see from the timegrapher photo, it’s running at approx. +5sec per day, so within COSC specs and well within the +/-20sec specified by CW.
