Introduction
Christopher Ward entered the ladies’ watch market in 2007 and created 21 different models over the years, before announcing in 2014 they intended to exit the women’s field. by 2015 all remaining stock was sold off so they could concentrate on the much better selling models intended for men. That’s not to say that women can’t wear Christopher Ward watches now though - particularly with the introduction of smaller models recently. Because the ladies watches never really sold in great numbers when they were new, they’re now even harder to come by - I’d say maybe one or two a month come up in the various outlets that I monitor.
The watch for sale in this listing is a W900 Belisama Diamond Automatic Mk II model that has 30 diamonds set into the bezel.
Condition
There are a few light blemishes here and there, so it’s not mint, but there’s nothing really worthy of specific note. The first impression is that it’s in fantastic shape, it’s only when you start looking closely that the signs of use become noticeable.
The bracelet is also in very good condition - no spare links and it will fit a wrist up to around 15.5cm.
Supplied with its original inner and outer box (showing some signs of light degradation) , covering letter, original invoice, cleaning cloth, owner’s book with Certificate of Authenticity - a full set.
It's just had a full service from CW so it comes with a 12 month CW warranty from August 2024.
