Christopher Ward C60 Trident Pro 600 Atoll

Introduction

May 2019 saw the arrival of the Mk3 C60 Trident - CW successfully managing to upgrade and improve on their already best-selling model. The Atoll first appeared in the Atoll Special Edition, which arrived in June 2022 and sold out within hours of going on sale.

The C60 Atoll Special Edition is a limited edition of 350 pieces described at launch as a "Summer watch". It features an azure-blue, lacquered dial, 'inspired by the atolls of the Indian Ocean', which is graduated, growing lighter towards the centre. The watch utilises a 40mm Light-catcher™ case which is water resistant to 600 metres.

The main difference from the standard model was its stunning gradient dial, which has a light azure blue in the centre before getting gradually darker towards the edge.

It is achieved by spraying a darker shade onto the dial while it spins on a specially constructed turntable. Then a lighter colour is added on top of this.

From then on, layers of colours are added, with the intensity of shade decided by the speed of the spin. It makes each dial unique!

Such was the success of the Atoll Special Edition, CW introduced the Atoll 300 - a non-limited edition based on the Mk3 C60 Pro 300 that was introduced in June 2023 continuing the theme of a tropically-inspired “fumé” dial, dark at the edge and lighter in the centre, available in two colours: Shark White and Reef Blue. Each model has a colour-matched date wheel. The bezel is sandblasted and has raised and polished numerals.

Offered in very good used condition with no significant scratches or scuffs.

Supplied in the original bamboo case with polishing cloth, manual, and warranty booklet containing the card.
